Your Order Contact


Hey,

All our orders are processed within 7 days. If you don't get shipment email after 7 days, then please get in touch and we will resend the shipping information. Please do not get in touch before 7 days as all enquiries will not be dealt with until then.

Delivery times can be up to 35 days in some cases. Our terms and conditions state this and you agree to this when purchasing. If your items have not arrived and it is past 35 days, then please get in touch. You should receive tracking information with your shipment email. You can track your order via the tracking code on the email through the website: 17track.net

Please note, there is a box to check to translate the page into English if it is not already. 

Unfortunately we are not able to respond to any emails regarding the whereabouts of your order unless:

- The order has taken over 35 days to arrive

- The tracking information is not working/updating after 7 days

Delays can occur when ordering to South Africa - your local customs can sometimes hold the items for up to 30 days. During this period the tracking does not update, but once customs release it, the tracking will show it is now with your local postal service pending delivery.  Most of our orders arrive in less than 2 weeks, but this may not always be the case. We know this is a bit longer than usual, however, there is a reason behind it! We have designed these bikinis and in order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, we get them sent to you from the country they are made in, so things take a little bit longer, but we promise, it is worth the wait!
