Hello there,

All our orders are processed within 4 days. If you don't get shipment email after 7 days, then please get in touch and we will resend the shipping information. You should receive tracking information with your shipment email. You can track your order via the tracking code on the email through the SHOP APP or AUST POST or BOTH APPS.

Please note, there is a box to check to translate the page into English if it is not already. 

Unfortunately we are not able to respond to any emails regarding the whereabouts of your order unless:

- The order has taken over 35 days to arrive

- The tracking information is not working/updating after 7 days

Delays can occur when ordering to South Africa - your local customs can sometimes hold the items for up to 30 days. During this period the tracking does not update, but once customs release it, the tracking will show it is now with your local postal service pending delivery. 

Most of our orders arrive in less than 2 weeks, but this may not always be the case.
